I would like to change my body, i am overweight girl, and i been struggling with weight ever since i was a little girl, a year ago i started zepbound but i had stop because my insurance stop coverning it bt i wont let it affect me, all i have to do is keep my diet which is calorie deficient and doing more exercise which i am planning to go back on my just dance, my cousin invited to go to the gym with her and also going to her zumbia class which imma take the week off to do and also make kandis with her so im pretty glad to use this opportunity to be more active and take my time more active and with that, i am hoping to lose weight with that, with my diet and keep up with my exercise and of course taking a lot of water intake, i am also planning to keep up with my skincare, taking my daily vitamins to keep up with my normal routine, i think this will also help me get ready to do my exercise,etc.
